Atlético Madrid can qualify for the knockout rounds of the Europa League on Tuesday when they play host to FC Porto in their final Champions League Group D match.
Atlético have improved in recent weeks, including this past weekend's 2-0 victory over Xerez in La Liga. They can advance to the Europa League round of 32 with a win, or a draw if APOEL fail to beat Chelsea.
Porto, meanwhile, have clinched the second spot in the group, meaning they will be among the unseeded teams for the knockout round draw. They were big 4-1 winners over Vitória SC at the weekend in Portuguese play.
After suffering from a rash of injuries over the course of the season, Atlético are quite healthy this time around, with only Tomas Ujfalusi set to miss out with his knee problem
Porto could rest several players as they cannot improve their standing the group, but Rolando is a guaranteed absence due to illness.
With Porto likely to take it a bit easy on Tuesday, expect Atlético to pull out all the stops and finally get a win in group play.
