Blackburn Rovers hope to climb a few more spots on the final day of the season, with a home match versus already relegated West Bromwich Albion. Rovers are in 15th place but could climb up to three spots, if everything works out in their advantage.
West Bromwich won't be part of the Premier League next year and it remains to be seen whether the players manage to find the motivation to deliver one final performance. The away fans that travel along with the Baggies, will expect their team to at least show why they were at the highest level this year.
Blackburn are without skipper Ryan Nelsen who is suffering from a torn calf muscle. Andre Ooijer and Gael Givet should be ready in time to reinforce Rovers' defense.
Shelton Martis is out for West Brom as the defender needs to have a double hernia operated on. Abdoulaye Meite is likely to miss out with a back problem.
Rovers, simply being the better side and playing at home, are favored to win this game.
