REVIEW:
Bayern Munich lost their first place in Group F to Lyon, but are a big step closer to the next round after a draw with Fiorentina.
The Italians really needed a draw to keep a chance in this group, and were on course when Romanian striker Adrian Mutu volleyed home from a Zauri cross in the 11th minute.
But the hosts failed to stay concentrated until the end and left Tim Borowski unmarked in the area with twelve minutes left. A Ribéry pass found a path between several defenders and reached Borowski, who slammed it home from about seven meters.
Bayern have eight points from four games. Lyon have the same amount but the French also scored more goals than the Bavarians. Fiorentina are third with only three points, and only a miracle could take them to the next round.
