Mainz look to continue their surprise run up the Bundesliga ladder on Saturday when they play host to third-from-bottom Nürnberg at Stadion am Bruchweg.
Mainz, who currently sit in eighth place on 18 points, drew 3-3 at Wolfsburg last weekend, and have been in a great goalscoring form in recent weeks. They have only lost to Nürnberg once the last seven games against them.
The visitors, meanwhile, drew 2-2 at home against Werder Bremen, but conceded a two-goal lead in the stalemate. They have only one win in their last six league outings.
Mainz manager Thomas Tuchel has no fresh injury concerns to report, but Dimo Wache and Felix Borja continue to recover from their knocks and will be out of action for Saturday.
Nürnberg have Ilkay Gündögan (foot) and Marek Mintal (infection) out of commission for Saturday's game, and Marcel Rissé is a long-term absence.
Mainz are favored in this one, and for good reason. Look for their good form to continue in this one.
