1. FC Nürnberg vs. Hamburger SV, 0:4

Luke Williams - 12 Dec 2009
Winless in their last seven league games, Hamburg look to gain three valuable points on Saturday when they travel to face second-from-bottom Nürnberg. Despite the slip in form, Hamburg still sit a comfortable fifth in the league table after last week's 0-0 draw at home against Hoffenheim. Their last victory outside of the Europa League came on 4 October against bottom side Hertha Berlin. Nürnberg, meanwhile, have just 12 points from 15 games this season, putting them right in the relegation zone. They were thrashed 4-0 by Borussia Dortmund last weekend, and they are now a point from the safety area. Michael Oenning's chargers will have to do without the suspended Raphael Schäfer, leaving Alexander Stephan to deputitze in goal once again for Nürnberg. Juri Judt (yellow cards) is also suspended for the game. There are no major injuries to report for the home side. Hamburg manager Bruno Labbadia has a slew of devastating injuries that are partly to blame for Hamburg's poor form. Zé Roberto, Paolo Guerrero, Jonathan Pitroipa, and Romeo Castelen just a few of the names on the list of absences. With all the injuries on the side of Hamburg, it would be unwise to completely rule out even Nürnberg in this game. Look for Hamburg to find a way to grab three valuable points away from home, however. REVIEW:
